Who operates this website
HOTELOS is a Pixelgate product. This marketing website explains the HOTELOS offering and lets hotel representatives request a demo.
Information we receive
When you submit a demo enquiry, we receive the name, hotel or group name, work email address, room count and message you choose to provide.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to the requested demo and related pre-contract communication. We do not use this form to create a customer account.
Hosting and delivery
The website is hosted on infrastructure selected by Pixelgate. If lead email delivery is activated, the selected email provider will process the enquiry only to deliver it to Pixelgate. Provider details and retention arrangements require owner review before publication.
Retention and your rights
Retention periods, international-transfer arrangements and the privacy contact route require owner review. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing. Contact Pixelgate through the published business contact channel to make a privacy request.
Cookies and security
The website currently uses only technologies necessary for its operation and does not intentionally add analytics or advertising tracking in this version. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect submitted information. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Updates
This notice may be updated when the website, delivery providers or verified business information changes.
